This plan was talked about 6 years ago or more, go get some low hanging fruit, get enough money to come in to survive lawsuits and wow....it worked here we are 6 years or more later that i know of this strategy, it was conceived well before that.

Yes.. but the only problem was our BoD deciding to give half our war chest away in the form of divys to 'Qualified' warrant holders.. leaving us currently with ~$9M reserves instead of $50M or more...
