Corrections are always welcome. The point I was trying to make is that DL may be on the hook for additional $85+K on top of the $8+ million.

Do you think that this win alone may or may not be enough to cause TPL to file BK? If not and then Marcoux and/or Moore wins, what do you believe will happen to TPL and subsequently it's relationship with PTSC?
