I agree with your comments. On that note, I hate to be a negative Nancy, but all the investigative chatter about hallmark events over the years is becoming something akin to The boy who cried wolf.

Truth of the matter, is that Patriot is shell company with a board of nobody's collecting checks in an empty office. An office in expensive San Diego of all places. Personally I'm pulling for a buyout. I would love nothing more than to hear a company like Apple is buying out the MMP portion from patriot.
