<It has been my belief since texas that one company is afraid of us, and will support any effort to have us defeated in court.>

All you have to do is look at the original T3 complaints. All filed simultaneously. All filed in the same court. All three suits filed by the same law firm of White and Case. Who got them talking to each other? Negotiations with Acer, HTC and ASUSTEK ongoing for years. Why the move to litigation? All were filed in advance of PTSC's quarterly which would have provided financial info on the Js settlement. Why not wait for that bit of information before making the decision to litigate versus license?

Seems fairly obvious to me that a conspiracy exists. The prompt settlement with ASUSTEK was probably more about obtaining confirmation of who was heading the conspiracy than money for the license. I believe it went for less than nuisance value.

<Does this include trying to manipulate our SP???>

One would expect that, if there is a conspiracy, it would include a plan to disrupt the licensing program and demoralize their opponents any way possible. I thought PTSC at one time alluded to such a conspiracy.

But then, perhaps it's all just coincidence.
