IMO there is the possibility of multiple conspiricies.

One would be companies we are trying to go after. I would expect that, it is only natural.

The other possiblility (which I believe has hurt shareholders more than any outside influence) is one that begins with the comag and extends through Swarz, warrants, figurehead CEOs, confidential agreements, misleading prs, and an impotent BOD that either does not care or are just figureheads collecting a check.

Of the 16000 mom and pop shareholders here most were ripe for a story stock like many other before this one, and unfortunately will most likely end up like those others.This is, and never was a "buy and hold" stock.
