So there is a hearing on July 3rd for Barco ICs. Three weeks to rule? End of July for all of it to come together for better or worse? Either we don't want anything in the ICs to influence Judge Ware adversely regarding the Markman, or we are essentially so strapped for cash that we can't tear down Barco products and properly document the chips inside, or we can't get the proper detailed chip specs that are incorporated in Barco products as that might be more 'efficient', or TPL knew of prior cases where they knew there was a decent chance for case delay by providing just enough legitimate documentation in the ICs to delay for other fronts/cases Leckrone has to defend. zzzzzzzzzzz
