Thank you for following up on this matter. It appears that the "Gods of Frustration" are working overtime to annoy those of us who are unfortunate enough to have some vested interest in PTSC. At every step of what would seem to be positive moves we have all face countless barriers. The history is so depressing to repeat. But I shall do so here:
1. When an apparent unsucessful legal challenge by the the "J3" in the Eastern District Court of Texas was achieved" success was apparently grab from us in the form of a settlement the terms of which we do not know.
2. So many succeses against multiple challenges by infringers in the USPTO, primarily in Asia, should have resulted in a strong rise in optimism and a ise in share price.
3. The T3 legal challenge which, unfortunately, is in the California district and not the Eastern District of Texas, meaning that there seems to be no sense of urgency on the part of the California court to issue a ruling in a Markman ruling that was heard on Jan 27.
4. There are more issues. But I am so tired of this and I just want resolution.
There have been so many posts, far too many for my taste about the Board of Directors, about the ineffectiveness of the BOZOs who are in charge, if you will. I'm not sure if there is anything that they could have done that would have prevent the challenges in the USPTO and the legal challenges by the infringers. I am not saying they deserve a pass on criticism but let us realize that the challenges to our MMP has been unrelentless by people who feel they do not need to pay for technology they have basically stolen.
May we all be successful in the long run. Although I must admit I did not think it would be this long.
