Politics! Somehow everyone has to come out a winner when you are dealing with power players. Who has about 300 to 400 million shares in Street name? Where or in who's hands do those shares reside? Like a giant capitalist vacum cleaner someone(s) been sucking up shares for years now IMO. And it hasn't been the small time investors. Those were the ones they were selling to on the way up and at the top years ago.

All my opinion of course. Time will tell. Looking for a move to near 20 cents in the coming days/weeks.
