The way I read it....The only things that the court is requesting take place by June 29 is a scheduling order that is accepted by both parties and whether or not the case is immediately turned over to Judge Grewal or to some other judge down the road. I interpret that to mean... Judge Ware has presented his final ruling, is done with the case, and barring a settlement..... any further clarification on claim 1, regarding the 336 will be handed down by another judge.
