You can lol all you want, you forget a few things:

All thought they had 25 Million Shares Outstanding, they were at 4 Cents… then they crept up to about $3.50 with no significant news…then they made it to $7.00 with NO significant news.

Then at the last run up on or around 2005 they took this thing to well over 2.75.

The BOD anticipated a huge demand for Shares, they saw blue skies and there would never have been enough shares available to meet the demand., but a monkey wrench was thrown in by the infringers, they repeatedly asked the USPTO to re-examine the patents.

I do not blame them for authorizing more shares, I would have done so myself considering that this stock was and should have been poised to be in ARMS place.
