What if Moore Wins

It might not be a bad idea for anyone interested to read Chuck Moore's thoughts on PTSC's settlement with TPL. Here is the link
After you read it, ask yourself why in hell would Chuck Moore trust PTSC or want to partner with the very people who threw him under the bus.
PTSC had a chance, in my opinion, to not only team up with Moore but possibly be one of three creditors who could have forced TPL/Leckrone into chapter 7 BK. With a chapter 7 BK, the ComAg would have been voided and PTSC would have been in a much better and friendlier position to team up with Moore to license the MMP.
It seems to me that PTSC has done everything in its power to help Leckrone avoid BK, if he ever really was in danger of that. Alliacense is not the only game in town for licensing and I believe (could be wrong on this one) that in the event that the ComAg is terminated for something like a BK, PTSC is entitled to the reverse engineering. Is Patriot's BoD really looking out for its shareholders' best interest? I don't think so or they wouldn't have settled. Leckrone hasn't exactly gone out of his way to ramp up the licensing of the MMP before or after the settlement. Why would he when he makes more money from all those expenses he submits. When he runs up enough of them all he has to do is open his desk drawer to retrieve a license agreement or two that will cover those expenses.
Corrections welcome
