According to you, perspective investors in PTSC shouldn't be informed that there was a Markman Ruling, even when it's one that has very significant language in it, so that they can consider that ruling prior to investing or not investing.

If you have any understanding of the ruling, you'd realize there are significant issues involved in the ruling. Likely, they are issues that would influence a perspective investor's decision to invest or not to, (essentially the SEC definition of "material information"). Yet according to you, and apparently, according to PTSC, informing investors and shareholders of the ruling, or the contents therein is a "hilarious"ly unnecessary.
