Perhaps that time might be after Eric Swartz has read the Markman, got his analysts' opinion and has sold his remaining shares without killing the pps?

Or perhaps that time might be after Eric Swartz has read the Markman, got his analysts' opinion and has bought enough NEW shares to satisfy is goals without wildly inflating the pps?

Substitute Swartz for any number of connected others who would be allowed the comfort and latitude to operate in a period of question marks, and confusion, while they do what they need to do for their benefit, while others will hear about the ruling when the BOD sees fit according to your schedule.

As usual, you seem to miss the point, and I suspect, most likely, intentionally so. There is plenty of substance in that ruling to give new investors a reason to invest or existing shareholders a reason to hold, and conversely, plenty of substance to give them pause about buying in or give them a reason to divest, depending on their risk tolerances.

Yet, many won't know about either, despite that material information being in there, simply because they don't know the ruling has been issued. And be clear, this litigation is a MATERIAL event for PTSC, though most likely NOT for the T3. We lose, and PTSC likely fades into oblivion. We win, and HTC, Acer and/or Barco simply pay a heftier license fee. And ultimately, more than likely, a settlement occurs that obscures the true outcome for another 3 months from settlement until a 10q reveals revenues that include the settlement figures.

Considering PTSC's very poor record of judgement, forgive me if I don't share your confidence that PTSC's management and BOD, rather than SEC regulations meant to level the playing field, should dictate what is disclosed and when it is disclosed.

BTW, if you really believe that our legal team, or the T3's legal team hasn't reached a concrete conclusion as to what the ruling means and doesn't mean, just because posters on a message board haven't, you might REALLY need re-think your confidence in our BOD's judgement, LOL.

Lastly, I chuckle everytime I'm reminded by a post like yours how absolutely MYOPIC some posters on Agoracom and other boards are, and how they believe the PTSC investment world revolves around the message board(s). There actually are people who are invested in PTSC who are computer connected but who have NEVER heard of any of these message boards, much less read or participated on them. Still, I read post after post like yours that betray a paradigm that this board constitutes the entire PTSC universe. It clearly explains yours and others point of view, but it doesn't make it any more correct. Enjoy your evening.
