A german investor received a reply to his inquiry regarding a possible statement concerning the Markman Hearing results (I translate the german copy of his post, hence these are my english words):

"On the recommendation of their lawyers the company refrains from publishing a PR in order to prevent delivering informations to the other side which could be used against PTSC."

For all those who yell "hang 'em higher!":
We are in the last steps of a huge fight, we don't know what happens behind the scenes and your clamor of a SEC investigation or whatever will just lead to more frustration of yourself and for those who are uncertain about this investment.

We have waited for years now - why is it so difficult to wait another few days or weeks?
