OF COURSE NOT.

The PTSC BOD doesn't need to comment on it. They just need to issue a "PR" statement that this material event has occurred but that further discussion has been required by the Court on one point. To show that they care about actual and potential investors they could another minute or two and include a link to the official document.

The ruling already contains all the information the "other side" needs.

The PTSC BOD appear to believe that if you do nothing you can do nothing wrong.
I am beginning to better understand why the caveat "E&OE" (Errors and omissions excepted) is so prevalent.
