If it were you and you hadn't been paid as promised (pursuant to a legal agreement) since 2009 and you were about to lose your home, would you stand down? I sure as hell wouldn't. I believe that Chuck Moore is getting on with life and doing what he loves to do. Nevertheless, he believes that he has been wronged and if all goes well for him, as it did with Chet Brown, Chuck Moore will have his winning day in court.
