Just reread plaintiffs pre-Markman brief and while it does make substantial arguments that patent owner disavowed scope in arguing Talbot, there is no mention in there that Talbot discloses a ring oscillator. And that claim was already brought up in two separate reexams. Still sounds like a desperate last minute attempt to delay things. IMHO>
