Wonder now if they are going to turn matters over to the Magistrate or wait and have it assigned to a new Judge. I hope that it goes to the Magistrate as he is so well qualified to make a judgement. The fact that he is from Asia should not be a factor in his decission making process. There should be a pacer filed tomorrow that lets us know what they have decided to do. The sooner the end to this the better it is for all of us. GL, ads
