I believe Leckrone knows he has do distance himself so he can get Chuck back in the game and out of court. I think Chuck will be more engaged and raise the stop gate if he feels DL is minimized in the entire picture.

If you had what you felt were bad business dealings with a partner would you want to continue to let that person drive the train?

If someone else drives and there is more oversite from other parties i would feel better and possibly more allowing.
