This "agreement" is all about Leckrone telling everyone he will take his ball away - Alliancense with all its reverse engineering, etc - unless he gets what he wants. If he takes his ball away then Moore and/or PTSC have to go to the store, buy a ball, buy a needle, buy a pump, find a place to inflate the ball, and then finally be allowed outside to play with the ball. All of that equals time, which in the life of MMP does not provide much.
