Generally, it seems that when shareholders initiate action against BoD and or CEO, the company uses company funds to defend themselves. I wish we could take them on personally so they would not have access to company funds, other than the huge salaries they give themselves. FWIW, we need to elect BoD who have shareholder interests at heart. Integrity.
