The PR puts all infringers on notice that TPL intends to act quickly, IMHO. Now seems like a good time to act as the ITC teams are looking so closely at products and patents of some of these same companies r/t the Apple vs. Google battle--or the i-phone vs. the android battle if one prefers to call it. HTC and Samsung are the biggies that Apple has on the ITC books right now. Here is what I wish that we knew now---what was involved in the settlement with us and Apple??????
