OK, I'm good on the detail of who recieved "without prejudice" dismissal. No longer will this be an issue to me.
I understand the frustration some members have when reading posts from the ignorant. I've held the belief, for 4 years, that it was the plaintiffs claims that were granted WO/Prejudice status. All it would have taken was for me to re-read the dismissal order, once or twice more. I apologize for any confusion, and I have embarrassed myself by raising a question that I could have easily found the answer to, myself.
That's a good point about this board, though. Misinterpretted info can be corrected...and that's appreciated.
