"Patent Peace" is defense protection for the Patent Licensees.

Patent Peace" refers to the concept of TPL (and PTSC due to our joint ownership of the MMP) agreeing not to seek future licenses from the company (licensee) with respect to future Patent rights it may own or it may license that are currently unknown.

So .. I guess the first question (among several) to ask is .... has TPL licensed any of their proprietary patents to potential MMP infringing companies in which a "Patent Peace" clause was granted, and inwhich an MMP License was not also negotiated and paid for at the same time ????

Other questions relate to TPL undervaluing the MMP in the grant of multi-licenses and PTSC not having (or having limited) recourse against the Licensee due to the Patent Peace clause.

As a starting point, perhaps someone should look at the list of TPL's "Fast Logic", "Core flash", and "Chip Scale" patent portfolios and see if any of the companies that licensed them (or any of TPLs other patents) did not also purchase an MMP license.

Like I said, not conclusive, but a starting point.....
