I believe the questions posed in your post were the basis for litigation between PTSC and TPL. That litigation has been settled. I suspect that the rationale for your post is that it is your belief that nothing was done to correct the situation even though the new agreement seems to indicate changes are being made to the various licensing activities.

Am I understanding you correctly?
