Seems to me our legal team should know what we're doing by now. Obviously, to me anyway, it seems we don't have to give a rat's patoot what this judge or the next one has to add further to the mh. We got enough right now to make our case, any more is icing on the donut. Ron you can't talk me out of it. GLTAL RJ
Do you know the gravty of the potential loss of Claim 1 of the '336 in the as yet undecided portion of the MH?? Picture a house of cards with the most structural card suddenly removed... It is possible it could have ramifications on the other patents in the MMP as well...
Ok.. what if Ware rules against us on Claim 1..on the heels of that boastful PR?? You expect the MMP license fees to go up? Would the PR (without a '336 C1 caveat) have possibly had a neg influence on J Ware's decision..? How would we know if it did or didn't..? Would you still be happy about the boastful MH PR?
I for one give a gigantic rat's patoot what this Judge or the next one has to add further to the MH.. the decision on Claim 1 of the '336 imo is paramont
