Not a lawyer but it seems that a judge should be unswayed or otherwise affected or influenced by any braggadocio emanating from either side in a case before him or her. Current law and the interpretations of facts in the light of the current law are all that should be of concern to any jurist with integrity. However, given that judges are also human... who knows?
