Again if tpl came up with a cold hair brain plan to just sue apple instead of getting a settlement, maybe an ally, maybe some good tech. and simply sue they would never pay a dime. Apple would be guilty for us to prove in court and that would be on the 10th of never. am looking at it as very positive with apple signed and in our court. minus the big bucks. should bring samsung and htc to their knees apple setting the precedent in all but money.
