There are other fish here more in the area of sub-assemblies etc that are more likely targets of TPL than Foxconn. As just one example of a sub-assembly within many handhelds, smartphones, tablets etc - I would hope that companies making chips for touchscreen assemblies such as Atmel, Chipworks and Cypress have been properly notified of their probable infringement of the MMP.
