as well i could ask, and please dont answer, what if based on t3, rest of mh (imo 90% win so far) and itc we get very quick tripple damages, or i could ask, what if tomorrow acer settles on 100m$, which is as well hardly probable, or htc and the german telekom......?

in any way, personally, i always view at a half full glass and not a half empty one, but this is a mindset issue.
