ITC is not a monolithic block. There are several different judges assigned to several different cases. I seriously doubt every judge is going to judge in TPL's favor in each individual case. What then?.....Is there an Appeal Process OR is the ITC plan-of-attack for that individual case history?..Leaving Federal Court as the only other venue to plead our case for that individual case. A stain that may be hard to erase with the Federal judge.
