Tout Sheet on Aug 22nd ? What was the violation ? ... was someone uncomfortable ????

The timing of it stinks, and the opportunity it created for distribution for someone stinks too.

No way was the timing coincidential.

Was it the BOD who authorized it ? Carl ? Gloria ? Cliff ? Leckrone ? Swartz ? WHO ?
