As much as Leckrones deserves our ire, ultimately, it was/is the responsibiitly of Carlton Johnson, Gloria Felcyn, Cliff Flowers, David Pohl, Jim Turley, Rick Goerner, Nick Treadenick, Helmut Falk, etc. to protect PTSC shareholders and to secure fair agreements and to prosecute and steward the performance of those agreements so that Leckrone didn't do what he's done, and so that PTSC would convert the $125M into a sustainable and appreciating asset base instead of lining the pockets of a few selected interests.

My guess on you question though is that cost has been presented to PDS as a reimbursable 3rd party expense, lol.
