Perhaps its because the lesson learned from history is that this company management and BOD are capable of taking $125M and turning it into $7M instead of the other way around, and were incapable of oversight of contracts they negotiated and signed themselves until their partner nearly crashed the whole licensing bus.

Doesn't seem to have a heck of a lot to do with patents that were re-validated nearly 2 years ago.
