I was writing my post and posting it and then saw your post. This is what I am trying to convey.

If the plan is dividends, where is the communication of the plan from the company? It is as you stated, and as I included in my post, a non-committal blurb on their "policy". What EVENT will be the catalyst for that to become a committment. Why can't this be communicated? Why is there not proactive leadership to generate interest in the company, and instead a seeming strategy to thwart it through secretive agreements, lack of communication, and even statements by the CEO that it's too risky of an investment.

Absent the company issuing it, what are the veiws of posters here as to what it will take? Are they realistic views?

Is the only option that we see a substantial in amount licensing / settlement event that gets reported in a 10-q filing at best 45 days after it happens? Without any changes to policy/strategy/business plan/communications, that seems to me the only possibility. What do other see / expect?
