"Everyone here knows the share price has declined the whole time you guys have cleverly bashed away."
Actually, everyone (except you, it seems) can read the charts and so know that in the past 12 months the share price has moved from 4c to 14c, give or take, notwithstanding a terrible 10-K in which the most memorable disclosure, apart from the BOD's CYA doom and gloom statements, was Cliff's bonus and raise.
This trailing 12 month period includes, of course, the bashings over the BOD's secret settlement with TPL, the bashings over the BOD's secret denial of the "majority vote", the bashings over the BOD's not-so-secret attitude at the 2012 SHAM and the bashings over the BOD's unjustifiable increases in CF's compensation. Those bashings combined seem to have increased the share price handsomely.
It would seem that a prospective purchaser who notices the "bashings" could correlate them as a possible factor in this significant (by 3.5x) increase and could rationally deduce that continued and perhaps increasing bashings could lift the stock price even further.
Bash on! Just a thought!
