Unless, there is a favorable Northern Cal Dist Court Ruling awarding a 500,000,000 dollar judgement.

That will give PTSC enough ammo to wait, and to sign new license agreements.

Then it will be inevitable...All the ITC has to do is double check the facts and issue a favorable ruling as well.
