Trying to stay away from total depression from reading the posts which hurt because you know the truth does that. What I am hanging my hopes on are the following.
The Patents are stronger now then when they signed the likes of Intel and AMD. These companies wouldn't have paid squat if they didn't know they were infringing. I point out the chip fabrication companies because they know best.
We have survived the onslaught against some very big companies.
The delay game has to end sometime and we are nearing that time.
There are hundreds of infringers on notice we have three in court where they just have lost 9 out of ten in a Markman hearing. If what some of the technically minded posters have said is valid, it will soon be 10 out of 10.
Our ITC action has put infringers on a shorter notice. If there are hundreds and they have been apprised of what is going on they are now contemplating strategies.
Common sense would tell me that not all of theses infringers are going to fight and delay and spend millions of dollars on attorneys with new risks(stronger patents).
The nuisance values have went up IMO based on the approach from TPL. They went from defense to offense IMO. They must now feel we are in a position of strength.
Big licenses could start rolling in any day now not all companies will want the risk exposure.
If the BOD is not corrupt and is just inept it doesn't matter. Leckrone is the person that we are beholden to. He is the bread winner. If he is not corrupt(lol) and is going to be happy with the hundreds of millions he stands to gain by doing things by the book we will be very rewarded IMO.
