True, but I still don't believe it gave him control of half the stock. And Banossers post makes it seem like his control of the outstanding enabled the stock to rise higher than it would have been able to otherwise. The convertibles would not have come into play in that situation, and even with the covertibles factored in I doubt he ever held close to that percentage. I welcome any calculation that would prove me wrong as I am going by memory, and age has taken it's toll on that.
