Perhaps you could enlighten folks about the possibility of an Appeal down stream. My understanding is that the Court will not automatically grant a petition for an Appeal. There has to be an EXTREMELY compelling reason to prompt the Court to expend resources to revisit a case/issue that's already decided. Please verify and end that FUD.

Going a step further, does anyone really think the T2 is going to hang in there hoping for a "better deal" via a jury determining damages?
