I am saying they will await the long form for a different reason than you, which is due to the 890. Im saying it b.c it might make sense to wait for the formal ruling so they can put a link to it on their websites, etc. I don't know ... As for partially winning the 890, I don't know and I'm going to wait for the formal ruling to be made public so i can read that and take the definition within the context of the ruling.
