I think the threat is arm vs beceem. Could arm become extinct? A consortium probably would have to buy ptsc to share the costs. Qualcomm would be nice, now they hold arm hostage. If arm wants to keep mips out, they better do something. The newer sierra units may not contain arm. Easy for settlement
