If that is the case that we need to take an infringer all the way through legal process then we better do it with the two that are left. So if Acer and HTC offer huge dollars in a settlement offer do you take the money or go to court?? If we take the money are we now in the same boat? How many more years would it take with a new company if not these two? I don't think we ever get all the way through.
