You won't even be honest about what you wrote (your original full post appears below), you never wrote.. "until the Jury has decided". So stop trying to change your story/post. That said, even if you would have written that it would not have mattered to the thrust of your post.

It appears obvious that we have a great deal of difference in business experience. Speaking of mine, I can only tell you that Business Plans are written and presented in advance, based on events which are anticipated to occur at a particular time; and those are inturn based upon your expectations of certain results occurring or not.

You (and the company) apparently find that level of consideration a difficult if not impossible endevor. This stock is already suffering from the manifistation and recognition of the lack of that kind of proper planning. Now throw in the mix our expired Patent suite in 2 years, and complete recovery barred 6 years later.

Any Business effort short of even that sort of basic roadmap will not get you your "one penny" of investment.
