Would that whole story include the dollar amount that the MMP has brought in to date? What is it now? Around $320 million? And what is holding us up from being able to do even better than that going forward? Successful litigation? While not in the endzone yet, I think most would agree that we have progressed a good distance down the litigation field with successful Markman hearings and the filing of the USITC complaint.

Isn't the above important enough that simple honesty and integrity would demand all disclosure type posts contain that part of the story?
