again here i agree to disagree, could go very deep now, which i am ready to do by pm, but this may be of interest to you:

there is never just one truth, in legal issues there might be one result at the end, but i doubt very much that this will represent the overall and general truth.

yes there may be your personal truth, but this just might be it, which is ok. but like most of the times, my truth is different to yours, which in my opinion is ok as well.

it is called freedom of the own truths. if i call the color of this posting light-white-with grey, you may call it just beige or white. i call ptsc (imo) beeing on a very good way to finally generate shareholder value.

in legal issues may be you understand what i mean "to be right and to hold" are complete different issues, they have nothing to do with the truths....
