Lightening speed. You are suggesting that on the 28th no one knew about a possible settlement, but out of no where is comes the mext day. I seriously doubt that verbal agreements are put onto paper and signed that quickly. My past experience with contracts tells me so.

IMO, if no thought of settlement on the 28th, Barco would have planned to be at the Markman in person and would never have made the request to attend by phone.
