I believe they submitted an 8k in July 2012. I'm wondering if the Program Agreement was updated per the Moore settlement, which is what I think happened and the reason for the latest 8k. The Program Agreement was updated therefore an 8k had to be filed. I don't think this is too far out of the ordinary, although I do wish the agreement was public, which is where the problem is.

If Greenarrays drums up a ton of business in short order, then I would suspect the remaining MMP targets have been carved up between Lecky, Moore and PTSC, or equal %s have been setup so each earns the same. All at the expense of PTSC.

I hate to be selfish but I hope Lecky had some leverage in that agreement, otherwise this will all be done at the expense of the PTSC shareholder. Even if that is the case, hopefully there is enough to go around.
