Yeah this why certain Giants in the industry shelled out 10s of millions on bull soup. Acer and HTC sued us to try and invalidate the patents. They orchestrated a group via PUBPAT to try and invalidate a Patent they dont infringe on. Why would you spend millions trying to invalidate something you claim you don't infringe on?? Sounds like the Bull Soup has horns in it and they know this.
