I think this is the most significant portion of all the communications referred to in the pacer. For two reasons

First it puts Acer's claims of not having what is being requested into question. Why is your operation so different from HTC's? And second, it lets us know that we probably have everything we need from HTC. Which hopefully is a good thing.
